With over 15 years of youth sports coaching experience, Kathryn knows there is a crisis in youth sports. There aren't enough coaches to meet demand. Many volunteer coaches, especially women, are overlooked and/or treated like outsiders.
 
Through our Inclusive Coaching project, You Can Call Me Coach, Kathryn seeks to provide a voice for all coaches, in an effort to encourage increased participation by coaches of all gender and other identities.
